Use a soft measuring tape for best results. Measure directly over lightweight clothing or underwear. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Measurement Guide

Bust / Chest — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. For men, measure at the widest point across the chest.

Waist — Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually about 2.5 cm above your navel.
◉
Hip — Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, usually about 20 cm below your natural waist.

Shoulder — Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other across your upper back. Best measured with help from someone else.
◎
Inseam — Measure from your crotch to the floor along the inside of your leg. Best done in bare feet or socks.
